We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team.
As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in selecting the right products, and ensuring a positive and educational experience at our dispensary.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide accurate information about different strains, products, and consumption methods - Assist customers in selecting the appropriate products based on their needs and preferences - Educate customers on the effects, benefits, and potential risks associated with cannabis use - Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system - Handle cash and maintain proper cash handling procedures - Maintain inventory levels by restocking shelves and organizing products - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dispensary at all times - Adhere to all state regulations and company policies regarding the sale of cannabis products - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and new regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred - Strong technical sales skills with the ability to sell products effectively - Fluent in Spanish is a plus - Excellent cash handling skills - Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is preferred - Familiarity with POS systems for processing sales transactions - Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Please note that all positions at our dispensary are paid positions.
